Comparison Chart for Polls

Problem: You want to compare responses across time, or you want to compare two graphs that might be related.

Solution: Add the polls to comparison view! You can select up to 4 polls to compare at one time. All will be shown in the Broadcast view. You can still view each poll separately.

Tip: Go through each poll first, then use the comparison slide to reveal your conclusions.

The way you control which graphs are shown is through the poll display function. Expand the poll question, then pick the broadcast style you want and click the slider to select “Comparison view”. You can add up to 4 polls at once.

Tip: It often helps to use the same graph style when comparing polls.

General Settings Update

You can check out our How it Works video and request a demo from the General settings page. We’ve also added some more descriptions to the UI. You’ll be able to see all our modules, not just the ones available for your account.

Hidden Materials

Problem: You want to hand out some materials, but only after you’ve polled everyone.

Solution: Upload your files and then select the “hide from attendees” button. This will keep the files out of attendee view and allow you to give everyone access with just 1 click.

When you add some new materials, they will be shown by default. To hide them, click on the eye button, or select “Hide” from the drop-down on the right.

When you’re ready to show them to your audience, just click the eye button again, or pick “Show” from the drop-down.

Entry Survey Change

We’ve made a slight change to the Entry survey. Before, attendees would get a second chance to answer optional questions in the entry survey if they refreshed the page. We’ve changed it so that now they only get asked the entry survey once.

Hide Questions from Audience change for Q&A

Another change we’ve made is how the “Hide Questions from Audience” setting works in the attendee view. It used to be that there was an indication when a question was approved or marked as answered. Now all attendees will see is their own questions in one grouping.
