New Active/Inactive attendee list


You can see how many active and inactive attendees are in your meeting, right from the presenter view.

Click on the attendee icon to show a small pop-up with your attendee list. See the number of active attendees, search for attendees, and remove attendees from the same pop-up.

Each section will show different attendees' information. The bottom list shows the list of attendees and their status; you can search for attendees by name and click the x button to remove them from the meeting (uploaded attendees will show in the same list as well)

Remove Attendees

Click on the x to remove attendees from the attendee list. You can remove active, inactive, and invited attendees.

Removed attendees will receive a message letting them know they have been removed from the meeting.

When you remove attendees who already joined the meeting (active or inactive), their engagement data (poll responses, questions, etc.) will still be accessible from the engagement report.

Removing attendees will revoke their access if you're using custom access codes; if your meeting is open and there's no identity management enabled, they will be able to join the meeting using a different window/browser.

Mute/Unmute attendees

Problem: You want to start a video conference but unmute all attendees by default, or only allow specific attendees to unmute themselves.

Solution: Use the mute all feature.

The mute all allows you to mute all attendees in a conference. From the attendee pop-up, click on mute all.

This is also particularly useful if you want to mute all attendees but allow specific speakers or panelists to present. Click on the individual attendee name to allow them to unmute.


Ideas: Newest Last

Enable this option to show newly submitted ideas at the end of the list. From the brainstorm settings, scroll down and enable Newest last.
