The report will come with a PDF friendly export version. Simply click on your finished meeting and you will come to a page where you can click on the Engagement Report in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Basic Polls and Survey section
The new features for Basic Polls and Surveys within the engagement reports now have the following features:
A summary section with metrics aggregated from all the polls and surveys in the meeting
- Sections for specific surveys. In-meeting surveys are grouped as a namesake group.
End times to sessions in attendee view schedule
Schedule slide in Attendee view now shows the end times and the start times
SMS number on the Broadcast view of Polls and Q&A
If you subscribe to our SMS voting, we now have the number to vote on within the Broadcast views
Radar broadcast now supports comparing multiple polls
Radar charts are extremely useful for seeing which variables have similar values or if there are any outliers amongst each variable. Radar Charts are also useful for seeing which variables are scoring high or low within a dataset, making them ideal for displaying performance.
The broadcast view of the Radar charts previously only supported comparison of two polls, however this has now been increased to an unlimited number.
Once your polls have been launched, click on the broadcast menu in the top right-hand corner of your screen then click on the launch Radar link
This will open up a new screen where you can select the polls you want to put in the comparison view by selecting them from the dropdowns in the top left corner
This will provide you with a display similar to the below:
