How long do I get to keep the free account?
It's free forever.*
*We reserve the right to change the features of the free account at any time without notice, including adding new features and removing old features.
How many polls can I run?
Free accounts are limited to only 3 polls per meeting. If you stop and reset the meeting, you can ask different questions of your audience. You must delete the existing polls in order to replace them.
There are no limits on polls for any paying accounts.
How big can my audience get?
Basic accounts are limited to 1,000 attendees.
Paid accounts have unlimited attendees.
How many meetings can I run?
There's no limit on the number of meetings you can run. You can run multiple meetings at the same time. Each meeting has its own URL.
How long can I keep a meeting open?
There's essentially no limit on how long the meeting can remain open. Paid accounts should contact support if you expect to leave it open for more than 4 months.
How many Polls can I run? How many attendees can I have? How many questions can my audience submit?
All paid accounts have unlimited polls, attendees and Q&A.
What am I paying for?
The different plan levels have mostly to do with what features are available to the admin. People with very basic needs can get by on the Pro (or even the Basic) plans. People who want more advanced features like Pre-meeting Questions and sharing documents will want the Premium or Enterprise plans.
People who want to share meetings between multiple admins will want the Premium Annual or Enterprise plans. Both start with 2 admins, but more can be added.
